摘要
2007年6、7月份对梅梁湖全湖区12个点位进行了5次全面监测.结果表明,梅梁湖水体处于富营养化水平,水华暴发时整个梅梁湖的TN平均浓度为2.72mg.l-1,TP平均浓度为0.13mg.l-1,氨氮含量较低;藻类大量聚集的区域叶绿素a含量可以达到1031.24μg.l-1,从浮游植物的数量和出现频率看,蓝藻门特别是微囊藻为优势种,蓝藻占浮游植物总量的42%—100%;梅梁湖水体的总氮、总磷浓度对浮游植物的数量起到一定的决定作用.
Twelve sampling sites in allover the Meiliang lake were monitored five times in June and July 2007.The results showed that Meiliang lake belonged to eutrophic level.And when water bloom outbreak occured,average TN concentration throughout the Meiliang lake was 2.72mg ·l^-1,TP 0.13mg ·l^-1,and ammonia content was lower.The maximum Chla.content was 1031.24 μg·l^-1From the number and frequency of phytoplankton,cyanobacteria especially Microcystis was the predominant species,and cyanobacteria was 42%—100% of the total population phytoplankton.Total nitrogen and phosphorus concentration played a decisive role on the amount of phytoplankton in Meiliang lake.
