摘要
目的观察罗哌卡因胸段硬膜外阻滞对冠状动脉结扎大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法健康成年雄性SD大鼠72只,随机均分为生理盐水胸段硬膜外注射+结扎冠状动脉(A)组,罗哌卡因胸段硬膜外注射+结扎冠状动脉(B)组、假手术(C)组,分别在结扎操作后3、6h检测心肌细胞凋亡指数(AI)和Caspase-3活性。结果 A、R组结扎冠状动脉后3、6hAI、Caspase-3活性较C组明显升高(P<0.01),且A组高于R组(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因胸段硬膜外阻滞可减轻急性缺血诱发的大鼠心肌细胞凋亡。
Objective To observe the effects of thoracic epidural block(TEB) with ropivacaine on the cardiomyocyte apoptosis in rats with coronary artery occlusion. Methods Seventy-two healthy adult male SD rats were equally randomized into 3 groups. TEB with normal saline plus coronary artery occlusion in group A. TEB with ropivacaine plus coronary artery occlusion in group I3. Group C was a sham operation group. Cardiomyocyte apoptotic index(A]) and Caspase-3 activity were detected at 3 and 6 h after coronary artery occlusion. Results Compared with group C, AI and Caspase-3 activity increased at 3 and 6 h after coronary artery occlusion in groups of A and B(P〈0.01). AI and Caspase-3 activity were higher in group A than those in group B(P〈0.05). Conclusion TEB with ropivacaine can attenuate cardiomyocyte apoptosis in rats with acute myocardial ischemia.
