赤峰二道沟矿区铅锌矿浮选工艺探究

摘要 从试样工艺矿物学研究出发,在查明试样化学成分、矿物组成、赋存状态和嵌布特性的基础上,进行了大量的条件试验,以确定最佳的工艺参数和工艺流程,并开展了全流程闭路试验,取得了铅回收率96.49%、锌回收率87.28%、银总回收率72.93%、金总回收率46.66%的理想选别指标,为矿山生产提供了科学、准确的依据。 activatorThe passage studied on the technological mineralogy of the ore.A great deal of flotation conditionexperiments have been done on the basis of the chemical composition,the mineral composition,the occurrenceand the embedded characteristics of the ore.According to the experiments,the optimum technological parametersand processes have been chosen and the closed—circuit fluid tests have been operated,which have a wonderfulseparation indexes,and provide scientific and accurate basis for production.
