摘要
采用厌氧—好氧法处理石化废水,试验结果表明:石化废水经厌氧处理以后,其好氧可生化性提高20%~30%.当厌氧反应器进水有机负荷为5.2kgCOD/m3d,水力停留时间为24h时,BOD5去除率为85%,COD去除率83%,油去除率91%;当曝气池污泥负荷为0.45kgCOD/kgMLSS·d,水力停留时间为4h时,BOD5去除率为94%,COD去除率为93%,油去除率为96%.系统总COD去除率98.8%,BOD5去除率为99%.
In this paper, the authors put forward a method of treating petro chemical wastewater by anaerobic and aerobic biological process. The experiments have shown that aerobic bio degradability can be increased by 20 %~30 % after the petro chemical wastewater is treated by anaerobic process, when F r=5 2 kg COD/m 3·d, HRT=24h in the anaerobic reactor, the BOD 5 removal is 85 %, COD removal 83 % and oil removal 91 %; As N s =0 45kg COD/kg MLSS·d, HRT =4h in the aerobic tank, the BOD 5 removal is 94 %, COD removal 93 % and oil removal 96 %. The total COD removal is 98.8 % and BOD 5 removal 99 %.
