摘要
本着社会经济持续发展的宗旨，以建立高效和谐、良性循环、少废少污的绿色建筑体系为目标，从经济学的角度对适用于绿色建筑体系效益与费用的度量方法进行了探索，这项工作将为科学地评价绿色建筑体系的经济效果起到辅垫作用．
In order to establish the green architecture system with the maximum efficiency, positive cycle, and minimum pollution that adhere to the aim of sustainable development of social economy, the article gives an introduction to the economic approaches necessary for measuring the benefits and costs of green architecrure. This work should be an important step to take in the procedure of estimating the benefits of green architecture system.
