摘要 目的研究三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)对人结肠癌细胞S100A4和COX-2表达的影响。方法选用人结肠癌HT-29细胞株,利用免疫组化方法,检测经As_2O_3作用后,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及环氧合酶2(COX-2)的变化。结果 As_2O_3可下调人结肠癌HT-29细胞S100A4和COX-2的表达,与未用药对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 As_2O_3能降低VEGF及COX-2的表达,在结肠癌治疗中有较好的应用前景。 Objective To study the expression of S100A4 and COX-2 induced by arsenic trioxide on human colonic carcinoma cells. Methods The expression of S100A4 and COX-2 induced by drsenic trioxide were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Arsenic trioxide could decrease S100A4 and COX- 2 expression, compared with control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Arsenic trioxide can decrease S100A4 and COX-2 expression and may be used to treat colonic cancer.
