Th17细胞在类风湿性关节炎发病机制中的作用 被引量:10

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是以对称性多关节病变为主要表现的慢性自身免疫性疾病。其主要发病机制是T细胞介导的免疫反应异常。研究表明RA与机体免疫功能紊乱密切相关。表现为关节滑膜组织慢性炎症导致滑膜组织内纤维母样细胞增生,有大量激活的T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞及树突状细胞浸润,并分泌大量的促炎症介质。
