600例OSAHS患者经鼻纤维支气管镜引导气管插管分析

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）具有高发病率和高临床危害的特点,有关其发病机制和临床诊治的研究正在不断深入。迄今,手术治疗仍然是OSAHS的主要治疗方法之一,手术多在全身麻醉（全麻）下进行。
