摘要
核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎时,妊娠安全性是医患共同关心的问题。本文结合有关文献,探讨当前对核苷(酸)类似物妊娠安全性的认识及临床实践中需要进一步解决的相关问题。
When the pregnant patients with chronic hepatitis B are treated with the nucleos（t）ide analogues, the safety during pregnancy is the common concern for the physicians and the patients. By reviewing the related literatures, the author discusses the safety of the nucleos（t）ide analogues in the treatment of pregnant patients and the relevant issues needed to be resolved in clinical practice.
