汾河二库工程采用神头二电厂粉煤灰可行性分析

摘要 本文针对汾河二库工程粉煤灰掺和料的选用,对几种拟选用的粉煤灰进行试验和对比分析,并对神头二电厂粉煤灰进行了混凝土试验,得出以下结论:①神头二电厂粉煤灰为Ⅰ级灰,是山西省质量最优,也是国内高质量粉煤灰,完全适合汾河二库工程使用;②采用神头二电厂粉煤灰,掺量60%时混凝土各项性能指标均满足设计要求,而高掺粉煤灰对降低水化热,减少温控,抑制骨料碱活性更为有益;③神头二电厂粉煤灰掺量在40%以内时,混凝土强度降低很少,抗冻性能基本不变,从而适合于拌制高标号混凝土。 The experiment and comparison analysis of several kinds of flyash are made firt in order to choose the best one which is suitable to be used as the admixture of concrete for the construction of the Fenhe Reservoir II,further,the test of concrete into which the chosen flyash from the Second Shentou Power Plant had been added was done.The conclusion are: 1 The flyash from the Second Shentou Power Plant is of the first-grade,high-quality,fully fitting for the use of construction of the Fenhe Reservoir II. 2 When the proportion of the flyash added in concrete is 60%,each performance index of concrete can meet the requirement of design,the higher proportion will be reducing hydration heat,decreasing cooling measures and checking the alkaline activity of aggregate.When the flyash is added to concrete by the proportion less than 40%,it would be appropriate for mixing the high-grade concrete,as the strength and frost resistance of concrete are not basically changed.
