摘要
天生桥一级混凝土面板堆石坝坝高178m,填筑方量1800万,是国内在建的最高面板堆石坝。大坝安全监测对控制坝体施工质量,保证大坝安全运行显得尤为重要。本文从天生桥一级面板堆石坝安全监测设计和设计的实施,到监测资料的初步分析,作了全过程的叙述。在天生桥一级大坝施工中不断遇到的新情况对大坝安全监测提出了新的内容和新的要求;反过来,大坝安全监测的资料又揭示了还未曾认识到的大坝工作特点,丰富了对面板堆石坝性状的认识。
The concrete face rockfill dam of the Tianshengqiao-I Hydropower Project has a height of 178 m and a embankment volume of 18 million m3. It is the highest dam of this kind under construction in China. The safety monitoring of the dam is particularly important for control of the embankment construction quality and ensuring future safe operation of the dam. This paper gives an overall presentation of the whole process from the design of the dam instrumentation, implementation of the design and the preliminary analysis of the data collected from the instrumentation. The new situation occurring during the construction of the project raises new requirements and additional observation items for the dam safety monitoring. In turn the the dam safety monitoring data have revealed new working characteristics of the dam which was not known, thus helping further understand the properties of the face rockfill dam.
