摘要
针对于压气机叶片表面积垢的研究,清洗能在一定程度上可恢复压气机的性能。但清洗后性能恢复程度研究很少。针对压气机性能衰退和清洗恢复进行研究,采用仿真方法,根据仿真得到压气机叶顶间隙和粗糙度增大后性能衰退的特性曲线。对于叶片积垢情况,分析了积垢对压气机流通能力的影响,在此基础上改变叶片粗糙度对叶片积垢和清洗进行特性仿真,通过对比压气机叶片清洗前后的压比和效率参数,以及流场中流速、总温的变化,证明清洗后可以使压气机的性能恢复。说明实验对比为压气机性能衰退和清洗恢复研究提供参考依据。
The compressor performance is restored by cleaning in some extent for the blade fouling,but the performance restoration after cleaning is less researched. The paper researches the compressor performance declination and restoration by cleaning,and gains the characteristic map of performance declination by tip clearance and roughness increase. For the case of blade fouling,the influence of flow capacity by fouling is analyzed,the blade fouling and cleaning are simulated by changing the blade roughness on the base. By comparing the variation of pressure and efficiency parameters,and by the flow velocity,total temperature in the floating field around cleaning,the conclusion that cleaning can restore the compressor performance is gained. It can offer a reference for the performance declination and performance restoration by cleaning.
