摘要
报道了以青岛野生型龙须菜(wt)、黄色突变体(ye100)、4株绿色突变体(gr180、gr184、gr186、gr188)、委内瑞拉野生型龙须菜(lv)、南非野生型龙须菜(sa)及真江蓠为材料(ga),用蔗糖密度梯度离心法得到完整的藻胆体。3种野生型龙须菜(wt、lv、sa)和ye100的藻胆体位于1.0~1.5mol/L蔗糖层;绿色突变体gr188的藻胆体位于0.75~1.0mol/L蔗糖层;其余3种绿色突变体的藻胆体位于0.75mol/L蔗糖层;文中首次报道了一个物种含有分子量不同的两种完整的藻胆体:真江蓠的藻胆体分别位于0.75mol/L蔗糖层和1.0mol/L蔗糖层。实验还比较了藻胆体的吸收光谱特性,野生型龙须菜藻胆体的吸收峰为499nm、543nm、568nm和614nm,650nm处有一吸收肩,最高峰位于568nm。与野生型龙须菜相比,黄色突变体、委内瑞拉材料、南非材料及真江蓠紫色藻胆体的吸收峰变化不大,但是PE中藻尿胆素和藻红胆素的比率不同,PC、APC的相对含量也有差异。而绿色突变体及真江蓠蓝色藻胆体的光谱特性变化非常明显,PE含量减少,PC和APC的含量增加,PE生色团的结构也发生了改变?
This paper studies the histology of the digestive tract of larval Portunus trituberculatus (the first zoea to larval crab). With the development of larval stages, the esophagus ridges have more and more folding, the radial muscles of esophagus are increasing. The gastric mill, the gland filter, the size proportion of cardiac to pyloric stomach and cardic pyloric valve all have obvious changes when the larvae grow up. A pair of anterior midgut ceca which lie dorsal to the stomach add the length with development. The posterior midgut cecum occur at the second stage of zoea, then extending and winding gradually. The anterior extreme of hindgut starts at the second abdominal segment and the length of the hindgut which is about two times over that of the midgut at stages of zoea shortens rapidly with the degeneration of abdominal region after the megalopa. The wall structure of the digestive tract varies with region and larval stage.
