武汉市东沙湖地区合流制溢流污染控制方法探讨 被引量:11

摘要 随着城市发展和环境保护意识的提高,合流排水口溢流污染和初期雨水径流污染逐渐成为武汉市水环境保护工作的新焦点。针对武汉东沙湖地区溢流污染问题,提出远期实施分流制改造和城市雨水径流管理,从源头上解决污染问题;近期采用"旱流污水和初期雨水截流处理、中期雨水延长径流时间输送至长江、后期雨水排放入湖调蓄"的办法,通过减少排水口开启次数和削减排放量以缓解水体污染,以此探讨武汉市水体保护的新措施。 With urban development and increased demands for environmental protection, pollution from combined sewer overflows and initial rainwater pollution have become more concerned. For the pollution problem in the area between East Lake and Sand Lake in Wuhan City, long-term measures including reconstruction of separate system and urban stormwater runoff management are proposed to solve the pollution problem at source. The recent measures include interception and treatment of dry weather sew- age and initial rainwater, prolonging the runoff time of medium rainwater flowing into the Yangtze River, and storing later rainwater in the lakes. The water pollution is alleviated by reducing the opening times of drainage gate and the amount of rainwater draining into the lakes. Based on this, new measures for water body protection in Wuhan City are discussed.
