摘要
以尿素、TDI等对TGIC副产物进行改性,并将其与水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液混合,得到一种纸塑复合胶黏剂。分析了催化剂种类和用量、尿素用量和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)用量对TGIC副产物黏度的影响,得出最佳配方为:TGIC副产物400g、尿素20g、催化剂0.4g、TDI2.5g,其中催化剂选用辛酸亚锡与二月桂酸二丁基锡,两者质量比为2:1。改性后的产物与水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液以3:17的比例混合时,纸塑复合的性能最好。所制成的胶黏剂在包装材料的制作过程中得到了广泛应用,不仅降低了其成本,而且也减少了环境污染。
TGIC byproducts were modified by urea and TDI, and then it was mixed with waterbome polyacrylate emulsion to acquire a paperplastic composite adhesive. The effects of catalyst species and content, urea and TDI content on viscosity of this byproduct were analyzed. The optimal formula was obtained: TGIC byproduct was 400g, urea was 20g, catalyst was 0.4g and TDI was 2.5g. Stannous octoate and dibutyhin dilaurate was chosen to be the catalyst with a mass ratio of 2:1. The modified TGIC byproduct was mixed with waterborne polyacrylate emulsion with a ratio of 3:17 which made the paper-plastic composite adhesive have excellent performance. The adhesive was widely applied in the process of manufacturing packaging materials, and it not only reduced the cost, but also made the environmental pollution decrease.
