烟草疫霉毒素的产生及生物测定初报 被引量:2

摘要 主要探讨了适合烟草疫霉菌丝生长、毒素产生的培养条件。结果表明在6种合成培养基中,生理培养基最适于菌丝生长,马铃薯晚疫病菌培养基最适于毒素产生。采用生理培养基进行液体培养时,毒素产生的最适pH值为9~10,培养时间为26天以上。此外,在刺伤条件下,烟草疫霉毒素可使番茄、辣椒幼苗致萎,还可使柑桔幼嫩叶片形成坏死斑。因此,利用该毒素来鉴别和筛选抗病品种是可行的。 The optimum culture conditions for hypha growth and toxin production of phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae were mainly studied in this experiment.The results showed that,among the six synthetic media,physiological medium was most suitable for hypha growth,and patato blight pathogen was appropriate for toxin production.Liquid culturing with physiological medium,the optimum pH value for toxin production was 9~10,and the culture time was over 26 days.In addition,the toxin of Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae would cause tomato and capsicum seedling to wilt,and citrus browse to develop necrotic spot when they had been pricked.Therefor,it is praticable to identify and select disease-resistant varieties by using the toxin.
