摘要
目的建立测定头孢氨苄缓释片含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2分析柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=7.4)-甲醇(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果头孢氨苄质量浓度在0.024～0.487g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.42%,RSD为1.42%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为头孢氨苄缓释片的含量测定方法。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of cefalexin in Cefalexin Sustained-Release Tablets.Methods The Hypersil ODS2 column （200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer （pH=7.4）-methyl alcohol （75 ∶25）.The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the column temperature at 35 ℃.Results The linear range was 0.024-0.487 g/L for cefalexin.The average recovery rate was 98.42%with RSD=1.42%（n=6）.Conclusion The proposed method appea simple and accurate,which is suitable to the quality control of cefalexin in Cefalexin Sustained-Release Tablets.
