摘要
目的建立华蟾素片的含量测定和释放度测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,在555nm波长处测定吸光度,分别测定华蟾素片的含量和释放度。结果 5-羟色胺质量浓度在1.862～18.620μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.38%(n=9);样品的批内释放均一性与批间释放重现性均较好。结论所用方法简便、可靠,能够满足华蟾素片释放度和含量测定的要求。
Objective To establish the determination method of content and release of Cinobufotalin Tablets.Methods UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content and release of Cinobufotalin Tablets at the wavelength of 555 nm.Results The linear range of 5-HT was 1.862-18.620 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 99.20%,RSD was 0.38%（n=9）.The intra-batch uniformity and the inter-batch reproducibility in the samples were both better.Conclusion The method is simple and reliable,which can meet the demand determining the release and content of Cinobufotalin Tablets.
