摘要
目的:探讨几丁质对运动小鼠糖代谢障碍的改善作用机制。方法通过游泳训练建立代谢糖障碍动物模型,测定小鼠血糖、肌糖原和肝糖原的含量。结果:在安静状态下,服药组小鼠肝糖原、肌糖原和血糖显著高于安静对照组(P<0.05);运动后即刻服药组和对照组比较,肝糖原和肌糖原显著升高(P<0.05);运动后24h恢复后服药组肝糖原、肌糖原和血糖恢复水平均显著高于其对照组(P<0.05)。训练服药组力竭游泳时间比训练对照组延长33.99%.结论:几丁质对改善运动所致机体糖代谢障碍具有良好的功效。
Objective :To study the mechanism of chitosan on carbohydrate metabolism disorder in exercising mice.Methods:The animal model of carbohydrate metabolism disorder was established through swimming trainings and the content of blood glucose,muscle glycogen and liver glycogen in mice were all surveyed.Results :When quiet,liver glycogen,muscle glycogen and blood glucose of drug-taking group were much higher than those of control group(P0.05).Compared with control group,the liver glycogen and muscle glycogen of instant drug-taking group after exercises level to a higher degree(P0.05).The renewing level of liver glycogen,muscle glycogen and blood glucose in drug-taking group after spending 24 hours on recovery was evidently higher than that of control-group(P0.05).The exhaustive swimming time of drug-taking group was longer than that of exercise-control group by 33.99%.Conclusion :Chitosan takes effect well in improving carbohydrate metabolism disorder resulting from exercises.
