摘要
[目的]探讨消风散加减治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。[方法]50例均为我院透析中心患者,其中治疗组30例,对照组20例,两组均给予充分透析,治疗组在此基础上加用消风散加减方治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率达90.00%,与对照组60.00%比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。PTH值比较:自身治疗前后比较,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01);治疗与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PTH清除率比较,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]消风散加减治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒疗效显著,值得进一步研究。
[ Objective ] Xiao Feng San to treating the cllnical effect of uremic pruritus. [ Methods ] 50 pa- tients were dialysis center patients in our hospital, which treated 30 patients, 20 patients in control group, two 6roups were given adequate dialysis, in the control group received weekly hemodiafiltration, in the treatment group was added based on the treatment of modified Xiao Feng 9an. r Results 3 The total effective rate was 90. 00% , 60.00% compared with the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈0.01 ）. Comparison of PTH values：Their own before and after treatment, the difference was highly significant （/9 〈 0.01 ） ; treatment and control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; PTH clearance rate between the two groups, treatment group significandy higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. ~ Conclusior~] Modified Xiao Fen~ San to treating uremic pruritus was significantly effective, worthy of further study.
