摘要
教师个人理论是教师在长期的教学实践过程中通过研究、反思、感悟和内化形成的自己独特的教学思想或教学理论。只有浸透教师个人思想或理论的教学,才能真正有利于学生的发展。然而,技术理性的控制、经验思维的禁锢、研究意识的缺乏以及科层体制的束缚,使得现实的教师却处于"均值人"的状态,自身质朴的智慧跌落。个人理论的形成需要教师培育专业精神、转变思维方式、教学与研究相结合、勇于实践并拥有一定的教学自由。
Teachers' personal theories are their own unique teaching ideas and teaching theories which are formed by means of research, reflection, apprehension and internalization in a long-term teaching practice. Only the kind of teaching saturated in teachers' personal thoughts or theories can truly be conducive to students' development. However, teachers in the actual life are in a state of "mean people" and their plain wisdom is gone, because of the suppression of technical rationality, the constraint of empirical thinking, the absence of research awareness and the bondage of hierarchical system. The formation of personal theories require teachers to cultivate the professional spirit, transform the thinking mode, combine the teaching with the research, and be bold enough to practice and enjoy some teaching freedom.
