摘要
创新创业能力开发是创新型人才培养的关键。本文从创新创业能力培养与开发的内涵认识与理解出发,剖析了高校创新创业能力开发存在的问题,借鉴美国高校创新创业能力开发的教育经验,结合我国高校的实际情况,提出了目前我国创新创业能力开发的四大基本因素:即学术自由是创新创业能力开发的根本保障因素;多元思想融合是创新创业能力开发与培养的激励保障因素;求实理念的建立是创新创业能力开发的质量保障因素;创新创业品质的培养是创新创业能力开发的技能保障因素。
The development of capacities for innovation and entrepreneurship is of great significance for the cultivation of innovation-oriented talents.Starting from the understanding of the implication of cultivating and developing the capacities for innovation and entrepreneurship, the author analyzes problems with the development. Learning from the experience of American universities and combining with the current situation of China＇s universities, the author also puts forward such four factors that will help guarantee China＇s development of the capacities for innovation and entrepreneurship in universities as the fundamental factor of academic freedom, the incentive factor of the integration of multi-thought, the quality factor of the realistic approach and the technological factor of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship.
