摘要
目的利用健康村评价指标体系评价山东省胶南市部分农村状况。方法采取专家评分法确定指标体系各指标的权重,并以山东省胶南市8个行政村为评估对象,采取现场观察、问卷调查、访谈和查阅档案的方法,对健康环境、健康服务、健康传播、健康状况等健康村指标进行试点评估。结果健康村评估采取百分制,其中现场观察24分、定量问卷35分、定性访谈21分、查阅档案20分,总分达到85分即符合健康村标准。2/8的参评村已达到健康村标准,在开展健康村建设活动后,可有5/8～7/8的参评村达到评估标准。结论健康村评价指标体系具有较强的适用性,实际应用时需进一步细化评估过程。
Objective To assess the status of some villages in Jiaonan County,Shandong Province with healthy village evaluation index system.Methods Expert grading method was adopted to determine the weight of healthy indexes,and 8 villages in Jiaonan County of Shandong Province were selected as evaluation object.Healthy village indexes including healthy environment,healthy service,health communication and health status were assessed through both qualitative and quantitative methods,which contained field observation,questionnaire survey,interview and file consulting.Results Healthy village assessment took hundred-mark system,and the total scores of the 4 dimensions as field observation,quantitative questionnaire survey,qualitative interview,and file consulting were 24,35,21,and 20,respectively.The village whose total score was over 85 was judged as the standard of healthy village.In this assessment,2/8 villages had achieved the standard and 5/8-7/8 would achieved if healthy village building activities were implemented effectively.Conclusion The healthy village evaluation index system had strong applicability,which should be detailed through evaluation process.
