摘要
平稳抢救烧伤合并严重创伤病人渡过休克期。方法：首先迅速查明伤情做出诊断，在复苏补液同时按创伤轻重缓急采取合理的抢救措施进行救治。结果：本组３２例伤员均能平稳渡过休克期为进一步治疗打下基础。结论：采取合理的抢救措施均能使烧伤合并严重创伤的伤员平稳渡过休克期。
Objective: To save burned patients associated with severe trauma and to make them be smooth at shock stage Methods: Firstly, to identify burn sererity assocaiated with trauma and make correct diagnose, and during resuscitaction to take the reasonable measures to treat patients according to their serverity Results: Thirtytwo burned patients associated with serere trauma were smooth at shock stage after treating by the various reasonable measures Conclusion: To take the reasonalbe measures can save the patients with burn complicated by shock the due to severe trauma
