摘要
本文通过对教师挂牌上课，学生择优选课的实践研究，分析了引入竞争机制在体 育教学中产生的作用，并结合当前高校体育教学现状．提出了体育教学引入竞争机制的 具体实施方案。经教学实践表明．这一方案的实施对调动教师和学生两个方面的积极性 具有十分重要作用，对促进教学质量的提高有明显效果。
This paper has studied the practical operation of the teaching scheme in which students have the freedom to choose their teachers for class attendance, analyzed the significance of adopting competitive mechanism in physical education and finally put forward concrete plans for the adopting of competitive mechanism in the light of the present situation in college physical education. Practical teaching shows that the implementation of competition is expected to play important roles in enhancing the initiative of both techers and students in the process of teaching and learning.
