摘要
International nuclear arms control regimes have changed and improved greatly since the end of the Cold War. These regimes are now being adjusted based on the concept of "a nuclear-free world",with China playing a constructive role. Although these adjustments provide China with the opportunity to play a more influential part, they have also placed her under greater diplomatic pressure.
