摘要
目的比较鼻内镜下下鼻甲黏骨膜下部分切除术与传统下鼻甲部分切除术的临床疗效。方法对汕头市澄海区人民医院自2003至2009年72例鼻内镜下下鼻甲黏骨膜下部分切除术与51例传统下鼻甲部分切除术患者进行回顾性总结分析。结果两组患者手术近期疗效满意(P>0.05),远期疗效和并发症有明显差异,存在统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论下鼻甲黏骨膜下部分切除术对治疗下鼻甲肥厚疗效好,具有微创高效,值得推广。
Objective To compare endoscopic inferior turbinate mucoperiosteal partial resection and partial resection of inferior turbinate traditional clinical eff icacy. Methods In Chenghai District People＇s Hospital of Shantou from 2003 to 2009 72 cases of endoscopic turbinate mucoperiosteal the lower part of the traditional resection and 51 cases of partial inferior turbinectomy surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients surgical curative effect satisfaction （P0.05）,long-term eff icacy and complications were signif icantly different,there are statistically signif icant （P0.05）. Conclusion The lower part of the inferior turbinate mucoperiosteal surgery on the treatment of inferior turbinate hypertrophy is effective,minimally invasive and eff icient,should be promoted.
