摘要
90后大学生思想、心理、个性上的特点对传统高校学生思想政治教育管理模式提出了挑战,教育者应该遵循人本管理的基本原则,引导、指导、倡导、督导相结合,爱心管理、民主管理、知识管理齐运用,构建和谐的柔性管理范式,提高思想政治教育实效。
Due to differences in the 90s generation college students＇ thinking,psychology,personality,the traditional ideological and political education of college students is challenged.Educators should follow the basic principles of people-oriented management and combine guidance,advocacy and supervision,apply flexible management,caring management,and democratic management,knowledge management to build a harmonious system of education and management of college students and to effectively promote all-round development of students.
