摘要
目的:探讨运用泡沫分离法分离竹节参中皂苷的方法与条件。方法:以富集比、回收率、纯度比为评价指标,对气流速度、进料浓度、pH值、进料量进行单因素考察,研究其对泡沫分离效果的影响。结果:在气体流速为400mL.min-1,进料质量浓度约为0.17g.L-1,进料体积为600mL,pH 4.88时,竹节参皂苷泡沫分离的富集比为5.6,回收率为91.9%,泡沫液总皂苷纯度为67.4%,相比原料液纯度提高2.2倍。结论:泡沫分离技术是一种可用于竹节参中皂苷分离的简便有效方法。
OBJECIFIVE To study the method and condition of separation of Panax japonicus saponins by foam fractionation. METHODS Investigating the factors one by one, and the enrichment radio, recovery obtained and purity were used to optimize the process. The influence of various operation parameters was also investigated, i. e. gas flow velocity, initial feed concentration,pH and initial feed quantity. RESULTS Compared with initial dosage liuquor, this method could improve the purity the enrichment radio was 5.6, recovery was 91.9%, and purity was 67. 4%, while airflow rate was 400 mL· min-1, concentration was 0. 17 g·L-1 , volume was 600 mL and pH value was 4. 88. CONCLUSION Foam separation is a simple and effective method of extracting Panaz japonicus saponins from Rhizoma Panaar japonicus.
