摘要
用气相色谱(GC)-质谱(MS)-计算机分析技术对红千层挥发油进行成分分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从红千层中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分离鉴定,采用GC峰面积归一化法确定其相对含量。挥发油平均得油率为0.2%;分离出60多个组分;鉴定了其中的40多种成分,其中1,8-桉叶素占53.46%、松油醇-4占2.66%、α-蒎烯占12.07%、α-松油醇占12.72%、γ-松油烯占1.39%、香叶醇占1.18%等;占色谱总馏出峰面积的90%以上。结果表明:红千层挥发油主要化学成分为蒎烯、桉叶素、松油醇等化合物。
The chemica1 constituents of the essential oi1 from Callistemon rigidus R.Br.was analyzed using GC-MS-DS.Steam distillation was used to extract the essential oil from C.rigidus R.Br.with the GC-MS method used to analyze and identify the chemical constituents.The average oil production was 0.2%.More than 60 chemical constituents were separated by the GC with over 40 components identified,including 1,8-cineole(53.46%),terpine-4-ol(2.66%),α-pinene(12.07%),α-terpineol(12.72%),γ-terpinene(1.39%),and geraniol(1.18%).The identified constituents accounted for more than 90% of the total essential oi1.
