摘要
针对单箱双室箱梁中腹板施工期裂缝成因,通过采集得到的混凝土温度时程曲线分析箱梁中混凝土的水化热应力,研究发现:裂缝主要由混凝土水化热应力引起,拆模时间不当,导致混凝土温度和大气温度相差过大,混凝土开裂。
Aimming at the cause of the construction period cracks in single-box double-room's box beam on the middle plate,this paper analyzes the concrete's thermal stress hydration of box beam by collecting the concrete's temperature travel-time curve.From the research,it finds that the crack is mainly caused by concrete's thermal stress of hydration.The unsuitable time to remove form leads to the concrete's temperature and air temperature are so different,and it also causes the concrete crack.
