摘要
为制备具有较好的镇咳、消炎、抗癌、抗氧化等活性的中药成分芫花素,以2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮为起始物,经过甲基化、缩合、氧化、脱甲基四步全合成芫花素的工艺路线,总收率达38%。该方法具有原料简单、易于操作、收率高的特点,适合批量生产。
Genkwanin was isolated and identified from the roots of Daphne genkwa and exhibits antitussive,anti-inflammation,anticancer,antioxidant activities.A synthesis of Genkwanin was reported from 1-(2,4,6-trihydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone as raw material by four steps of methylation,condensation,oxidation,demethylation,the overall yield was 38%.The process is easy to gain materials,simple operation,high yield and suitable to scale production.
