摘要
教师的同情心是指教师所具有的易于、愿意并能够产生同情现象、引导自己行为方向的心理状态或态度倾向。教师的同情心是教师职业伦理形成与成长的源泉。教师同情心的唤醒和培育大致有以下一些途径可供参考:帮助未来教师和在职教师充分认识同情心在学校教育及学生发展中的重要地位和作用;引导未来教师和在职教师尽可能多地接触孩子;搜集和研究一些师生交往过程中运用同情心、同情心缺失以及它们所造成不同后果的案例;分析一些优秀教师与卓越教师的档案资料;通过角色扮演的方式来帮助教师直观地意识同情品质的重要性;通过理论学习和实践练习不断提升教师的同情品质。
Teachers' sympathy is the mental state and attitude tendency of teachers that are apt to and willingly to engender sympathy phenomenon and guide their behavioral orientations. Teachers' sympathy is the fountain of formation and development of teachers vocational ethics. The awakening and cultivating of teachers' sympathy can be summarized and taken as reference as follows: to help the prospective teachers and in-service teachers fully understand the important role in school education and student development; to guide the prospective teachers and in-service teachers to get in touch with the students as much as possible; to collect and research some cases about the utilization and the shortage of sympathy and their different effects in the course of communication between teacher and student; to analyze some profiles of excellent and outstanding teachers; to help teachers intuitively realize the importance of a teacher with quality of sympathy in role-playing game; to continually promote the quality of sympathy through theoretical and practical learning.
