摘要
在转炉炼钢生产过程中,氧枪系统的控制是非常重要的一个环节,它直接影响转炉炼钢生产的安全、高效及钢水质量。文章主要阐述了氧枪横移小车控制、升降控制、张力控制、联锁条件等。控制系统的软件设计采用模块化的设计思想,上位机操作界面采用西门子专用人机接口软件WINCC5.1;下位机采用西门子公司提供的STEP7V5.2进行编程,实现了氧枪吹炼过程控制的基础自动化。
In the process of converter steelmaking,the control of oxygen lance system is a very important link,which has immediate impact on the safety of converter steelmaking,high efficiency and the quality of ladle.The article mainly illustrated oxygen lance’s car control,promotion and demotion control,tension control,interlocking conditions and so on.Software design of control system adopts the design thought of modelling,PC operating interface adopts Siemens’special man-machine interface software WINCC5.1;The machine adopts STEP 7 V5.2 provided by Siemens to program,having achieved basic automation of oxygen lance converting process control.
