摘要
某4 500 m3耙吸挖泥船,经多年使用后主机功率下降,挖泥作业时推力不足。对该船主机进行实测,了解并确认主机的工作状态,在不改变轴系和调距机构的前提下,首次采用JDC4-55可调桨配合高效导管替代原有可调桨的设计方案,并进行了新导管可调桨和原桨的敞水实验及自航实验。实验结果显示该改造设计方案能显著提高该船挖泥工况的推力,达到节能增效的目的。此外,对于尾部设置类似导流尾鳍的导流结构进行了相关实验,得到有益结论。
A 4 500 m3 trailing suction hopper dredger has been used for many years and can not provide adequate thrust force when dredging.This paper brings forward a new ducted controllable propeller with HR nozzle to replace its original controllable propeller of the dredger after analyzing the engines working condition through measuring the engine power on site.The substitution keeps the original axis.The open water test and model test prove that the thrust force of the dredger increases.Therefore,the new ducted propellers improve the thrust force in order to save energy and increase efficiency.Besides,conducting structures that are similar to conducting fins have been designed and tested.The conclusion shows that they are not suite for this type of ships.
