摘要
目的了解护理本科生的生命伦理观,探索护理伦理教育所要面对的问题。方法采用包括一般资料、生命伦理观的调查问卷对191名护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生对不同类型伦理问题的认识水平不同,F=46.09,P<0.001;两两比较显示:认识水平最差的为辅助生殖(3.26±0.59),其次为安乐死(3.48±0.49),第三为人体实验(3.67±0.50),最高为堕胎(3.73±0.46)和器官移植(3.91±0.46),其差异有统计学意义,P均<0.05。结论护理本科生对生命伦理的认知程度总体呈中等水平,学校及之后的职业培训应不断加强生命伦理的教育,以提高其面对伦理冲突时的应对方式。
Objective:To investigate the bioethics cognition among nursing undergraduates in order to deepen nursing ethics education. Methods: The senior students are enrolled, and a self - designed questionnaire survey is carried out on their cognition towards bioethics. Resutts: The investigation shows students have different cognition levels on different types of ethical questions ( F = 46.09, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion :Students have moderate cognition on bioethics, thus school education and career training on bioethics should be continuously performed.
