文化管理模式适应了网络时代医学生个性发展的需求,有利于缓解医学生的多种压力,是培育医学生人文精神的需要,是医学生医德教育方式的创新。实施医学生文化管理,要坚持以学生为本,着力于培育和塑造医学生的共同价值观,以科学、健全的制度为保障,搞好校园特色文化建设。
Cultural management has been successfully applied in enterprise management field. This artiele has discussed the application of cultural management pattern in medical ethics education. Cultural management pattern, which has accommodated the need of individuality development of medical students in the network era, is advantageous in relieving various pressures of medical students, the need to cultivate medical students＇ humane spirit,and an innovation to manage medical students. To carry out cultural management of medical students, we should take the student -oriented view, devote to cultivate and mold the common values of medical students, and improve the campus cultural construction features under a scientific,and perfect system.
