摘要
地方本科院校在进行二级管理体制改革中,存在着教务管理模式不完善、教务制度建设滞后、高素质教务管理人员缺乏和教务管理信息化水平不高等问题。各地方本科院校应根据自己的办学定位和人才培养特色,优化教务管理模式,完善教务管理制度,提高教务管理人员素质和信息化水平。
In the reform of two-level administrative system in local universities and colleges of undergraduate course,there are many problems existing such as the imperfectness of teaching management,the layging of system construction,the lack of high qualified managers and the low level of informatization.The local universitese should optimize teaching management mode,perfect the system construction,improve qualifications of managers and increase the informatization level,based on its own school-running orientation and special feature of cultivating.
