摘要
随着行政管理体制改革的深入,建设服务型政府的进一步推进,继续贯彻落实可持续发展战略,为建设和谐社会提供更好的服务,可持续发展战略绩效评估成为地方政府改善绩效、推行政府管理模式创新和促进经济、政治、文化、社会可持续发展的重要内容。其中,构建地方政府可持续发展战略绩效评估指标体系是落实可持续发展战略绩效评估的关键,是推进政府树立科学发展观,提高管理绩效的有效手段。
With the deepening reform of administrative systems,building service-oriented government to further promote,continue to implement sustainable development strategies for building a harmonious society to provide better services, sustainable development strategies to improve performance of local government performance evaluation,the implementation of government management model innovation and the promotion of economic, political, cultural, and social sustainable development important. Among them, building the local government sustainable development strategy performance indicators is the key to the implementation of sustainable development, an effective means of promoting the government to establish a scientific concept of development and improving management performance.
