摘要
论述了乳化液浓度在线检测与控制技术的意义并进行了试验研究。试验证明了应用超声波传感器对乳化液浓度进行在线检测的可行性，并得出了相应的模型与参数。此方案适宜在冷轧、机械行业应用。
The significance of on-line inspection and control emulsion concentration by supersonic sensing transducer isdiscussed , and the experiment is carried out. The result shows the technique is practicable, and obtains the relativemathematical model and parameters. The technique is suitable to cold rolling and machinery industry
