摘要
湿地资源由于其巨大的生态效益及潜在的经济效益广受人们关注。目前,对于湿地资源利用的步伐正逐步加快,由此造成了对湿地资源的巨大破坏。湿地生态效益补偿作为平衡湿地资源保护及利用矛盾的重要手段,发挥着重要作用。从湿地生态效益补偿的内涵和本质出发,结合湿地保护和利用的多利益相关方角度,用环境经济学及微观经济学理论等经济学研究范式对湿地生态效益补偿制度的必要性进行了分析,阐述了湿地生态效益补偿的重要性,并对完善我国湿地生态效益补偿机制提出了部分建议。
Due to enormous ecological benefits and the potential economic benefits of the wetland resources,people have been paying more attention to it.Now days,it is accelerating the steps to utilize the wetland resource,which has made huge destruction.The Wetland＇s Ecological Benefit Compensation has played a vital role of balancing the conflict between protection and utilization.With the environment economics and the microeconomic theory,analyses the necessity of the establishment of the Wetland＇s Ecological Benefit Compensation System,explains the importance of the Wetland＇s Ecological Compensation,and makes some advice to perfect the system.
