摘要
2010年是"十一五"工会干部教育培训规划的收尾之年,同时也是筹划"十二五"工会干部教育培训规划的关键时期。系统型培训模式是目前国外企业较多使用的一种高效的培训模式,在体现工会干部培训多元化特性前提下引入这种培训模式对提高教育培训质量、培养高素质工会干部队伍、推动工会工作创新发展具有重要意义。
2010 is the last year of implementing the 1 lth Five-Year Plan of Educational Training for Trade Union Cadres, and it is the key year of discussing the 12th Five-Year Plan. Now the systematic training model is the efficient training model which is used in many foreign enterprises. And this training model with diversification characteristic is of great significance to improve the quality of educational training, foster the contingent of trade union cadres of high quality and drive forward the innovative development of trade union work.
