提升班组长生产管理水平,是提高产品质量和生产效率的保证。通过科学培训,提高班组长的素质和能力,促使班组长更好地履行职责、充分发挥岗位作用,是企业面临的一项紧迫任务。服装企业尤应根据自己的行业特点,重视班组长培训。
To promote the production management level of group leaders is the guarantee of improving product quality and production efficiency. Through scientific training, to improve the quality and competence of group leaders and to make them perform their duties effectively and make best use of their positions is an urgent task for enterprises. Garment enterprises, especially, should put emphasis on the training of group leaders according to their own industry characteristics.
