摘要
阐释了科研档案的内涵,指出专升本院校科研档案建设中存在的问题,分析了其在科研管理中的重要作用,并提出专升本院校科研档案建设的思路。
This paper elucidates the meanings of scientific research file,indicates the problems of constructing scientific research file,analyses the function of scientific research file,and finally proposes the methods of constructing scientific research file for newly-upgraded colleges.
