摘要
为探究常温下贮藏时间与超干披碱草种子活力、生理生化特性变化的关系,从而为没有条件建设低温贮藏库的地区提供禾本科植物种子超干贮藏的理论依据与技术指导。选用超干处理后含水量分别为1.256%、2.579%、3.825%、4.474%、4.968%、6.097%和7.689%的披碱草(Elymus dahurcus Turcz.)种子置于常温下贮藏,贮藏时间为1年,以未做处理含水量为9.030%的披碱草种子为对照,每3个月测定一次生理生化指标。结果表明:常温下短期内(1年)超干贮藏披碱草种子的最适含水量介于2.579%与4.474%之间,过高(9.030%)的含水量不利于披碱草种子的保存。在含水量适度的情况下,披碱草种子具有较好的耐贮藏性,利用超干技术在室常温下保存披碱草种子是可行的。
In order to provide the ultra-dry storage theory and technical guidance of gramineae seed for the areas where have not have conditions to build low-temperature storage library,it had been explored that the relationship between time of room temperature storage,viability and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Elymus seed on ultra-dry storge.The untreated Elymus seeds of moisture content 9.030% was as CK.The ultra-dry treated Elymus seeds that moisture content were 1.256%、2.579%、3.825%、4.474%、4.968%、6.097%、7.689% respectively were been stored at room temperature for one year.Their physiological and biochemical index were been tested once every three months.The results show that the optimum moisture content of Ultra-dry storage Elymus seeds at room temperature in short term(1 year) is between 2.579% and 4.474%,higher(9.030%)moisture content was not good to be preserved.Elymus seeds have better feature resistant to storage under moderate moisture content,so it is feasible to keep the Elymus seeds at room temperature by using ultra-dry storage.
