简述了钙指示剂的结构、变色原理及与Ca2+的作用原理,论述了钙指示剂与EDTA的反应过程、干扰钙指示剂发挥作用的物质及pH值对钙指示剂的影响。
The structure and color deterioration theory of calcium indicator and action principles of Ca2＋ were introduced briefly. The reaction process between calcium indicator and EDTA,disturbance materials of calcium indicator and the influence of pH value on calcium indicator were discussed.
