摘要
本文采用乌里希国际期刊指南及JCR等分析工具对SCIE收录的198种开放存取全文期刊的学科、国家及出版社分布等进行了分析及研究;并以实例形式介绍了我国高校图书馆对开放存取全文期刊的利用情况,以期对高校图书馆的资源建设提供借鉴意义。
In this paper,the distribution of subjects,countries and publishers of 198 species OA full-text journals indexed by SCIE were analyzed and researched using Ulrich as web and JCR.Examples were presented to introduce the utilization of open access journals in Chinese university libraries.The reference of libraries＇ resource construction in university was hoped.
