摘要
目的 探讨心理教育对急性心肌梗死患者的意义.方法 52例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为两组,实验组给予系统的心理教育,对照组一般的健康教育,评价其效果.结果 实验组排便困难、焦虑和腰酸背痛的发生率均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心理教育是一种有效可行的护理方法.
Objective To explore the significance of psychological educatin in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 52 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly assigned to receive systemic psychological education (study group) or general health education (control group). The effects were then evaluated. Results The incidences of difficult defecation,anxiety,and discomfort of the waist and the back were lower in the study group than in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusions Psychological education is a effective,feasible in patient care.
