摘要
针对串联储能电源组的过充过放问题设计了一种电压快速均衡系统。采用一种新型三单体直接均衡电路为基本均衡单元,构建多层树状结构的均衡系统,能实现三相邻单体或单元之间任意两个间能量的直接传递。采用CAN总线实现实时通讯控制,设计了CAN硬件接口及通讯协议。着重阐述了基于CAN总线的系统结构及控制策略,基于先顶层均衡再下层逐级均衡的均衡控制算法编写了系统软件。实验证明,该系统能达到较高的均衡精度,且由于能量传递路径短,故均衡损耗较小,均衡速度较快。
This paper designs a fast voltage equaliation system to restrain the overcharge or over discharge of series-connected electrical source.A new three cell direct equalization circuit is utilized as the basic equaliation module to construct multi-layer tree structure equalization system,realizing direct transfer of energy between arbitrary two cells or modules of three.CANbus is utilized to achieve real time communication and control.The hardware interface and communication agreement are developed.The structure and control strategy of the system are emphasizely introduced.The software is designed based on the layer-up-to-down equalization control algorithm.Experiment shows that high equalization accuracy is achieved,and because the energy transferring path is short,the energy losses are low and the equalization process is relatively rapid.
