摘要
从海洋环境中筛选出1株产几丁质酶细菌B-25。进行不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH值等对B-25菌株发酵产生几丁质酶的影响试验,研究几丁质酶的培养条件。该菌株产酶最佳碳源为甘露醇,最佳氮源为蛋白胨,通过培养条件优化,该菌株酶活力达到0.43U/mL,较始发菌株提高了4.9倍。
A strain of B-25 producing high yield of chitinase was screened and the effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, temperature and pH on chitinase production were investigated in this study. The optimal carbon source and nitrogen source were mannitol and peptone, respectively. Under these conditions, chitinase activity reached 0.43 U/ml, which was increasd by 4.9 folds compared with that of parent strain B-25.
